Can I return my items?

With us you generally have a 14-day right of return.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and with tags attached.

How can I cancel my order?

Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to cancel.

Is there a minimum order value?

no From a net order value of 70€, however, there are no additional shipping costs for deliveries within Germany.

Are all the items I see in the shop available?

In principle, you can order all items online for which a stock is displayed.

How do I get my money back?

The refund varies depending on the payment method and is made within 10 working days after the return has been processed.

KLARNA purchase on account

If you have already paid the invoice to KLARNA, KLARNA will automatically reimburse you within 4-6 working days.

Credit card

The amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card by KLARNA within 4-6 working days.

Instant bank transfer

The amount will be automatically transferred by KLARNA to your bank account within 4-6 working days.

PayPal

The amount will be automatically refunded to your PayPal account after successful processing.

What payment methods are there?

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options for Germany. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

purchase on account

When purchasing on account with Klarna, we will send your ordered items directly. You have 14 days from dispatch to transfer the invoice amount to Klarna. Please note that the invoice amount must always be paid to Klarna. You can conveniently receive the payment details by email directly from the financial service provider, or you can download the Klarna app.

hire purchase

With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. More information on installment purchase including terms and conditions and standard European consumer credit information can be found here . Installment purchase is only offered for Germany.

Other payment methods

PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You have to be registered there. or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Lost invoice and send it again?

You ordered via Klarna purchase on account and can't find the invoice anymore? No problem!

Simply go to klarna.de and enter your e-mail address that you used during the ordering process. You will then receive all further information from Klarna.

How long is the delivery time on average?

The delivery time is 2-4 working days. Deviations from the specified delivery time may arise in exceptional cases, eg on public holidays (weekends).

Changing the delivery address

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to change your delivery address after the order has been completed. This is because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
